  1. The best decisions are often lonely ones. Many times, the only solace one has with conformity is that they have a plentiful supply of people to suffer with them. Still, maybe it’s for the best. Like lactose, not everyone can handle solitude.

      1. At one point in my life I thought the same but discovered years later my intolerance was due to antibiotics I was taking which impaired my gut health.
